During the pre-initiate brother process you will learn all historical information and fraterity secrets. Through contact with Active brothers and past Almuni brothers, the new member will see how time has molded this brotherhood.

High Community Involvment
As a brother of Alpha Xi Omega, you will have the oppertunity to help give back to the local community through off/on campus renovation and clean up, and our involvment as recycing heads for ARAMARK food services.

Every brother is unique and has something to contribute to the fraternity. Regardless of Age, Race, Religon, Disability or Sexual Orientation, every brother is treated with respect and honor.

Even during the pre-initiate process a new brother will build bonds that will last a lifetime. These bonds will hold true for your brothers that will be there for you regardless of the day or hour. If its studying, physical labor or something a simple as someone to talk to, we never leave a brother behind.
